Changed your mind? It happens. Here's how cancellations work.
Standard Orders
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us at hello@barefootandbrazen.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once your order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders can be canceled any time before they ship for a full refund. Just email hello@barefootandbrazen.com with your order number. We'll email you if your item is delayed.
If We Need to Cancel
If a pre-order item is delayed significantly or becomes unavailable from our supplier, we'll let you know right away and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Refunds
Canceled orders are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
